About the Role:

 We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Sales) who has experience in selling courses, consulting services, or professional programs. The candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and online platforms

  • Present and sell courses, mentorship programs, or professional services to potential clients

  • Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and product demonstrations

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs/services

  • Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in CRM or tracking sheets

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of courses, training programs, or services

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Comfortable with sales calls, presentations, and client interaction

  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, Consulting, Mentorship Programs, or Professional Services Sales

  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound sales leads

  • Strong relationship-building ability
