At Expertbells, we strive to deliver services and products to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each purchase. However, if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Expertbells.
  2. Refunds will not be entertained if the request is solely due to a change of mind on the customer's part, as there is no fault or defect with the service or product.
  3. Refund requests will not be accepted after the completion of the work.

If a refund request is approved by Expertbells, it will be processed and communicated to you via email. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days to complete, and the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account accordingly.
