Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Onsite – Agra

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, pitching courses/services, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

  • Pitch and sell courses, programs, or professional services

  • Conduct follow-ups and close sales effectively

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Maintain records of leads and conversions in CRM/sheets

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, course selling, or service-based sales

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Confident personality with a target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in Agra

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, consulting, mentorship programs, or service sales

  • Strong follow-up and closing skills

  • Self-motivated and performance-oriented
