Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Onsite – Agra
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Sales of Courses / Services)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, pitching courses/services, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

Pitch and sell courses, programs, or professional services

Conduct follow-ups and close sales effectively

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain records of leads and conversions in CRM/sheets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, course selling, or service-based sales

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Confident personality with a target-driven mindset

Ability to work in an onsite environment in Agra

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
