Mentor Partnerships Manager

About the role

The quality of the mentors is the product. A founder paying for an hour expects someone who has done the thing they are stuck on, whether that is raising a seed round, hiring a first sales lead or getting into modern trade.

You will build the mentor bench category by category, run the vetting process, and help new mentors get their first few bookings.

What you'll do

• Source mentors through referrals, operator communities and direct outreach
• Run vetting calls and check references against our quality bar
• Onboard new mentors: profile, pricing, availability and first sessions
• Track session ratings and follow up with mentors whose ratings slip
• Work with marketing on the categories founders are asking for

You may be a fit if

• You have 3+ years in partnerships, recruiting, community or investor relations
• You are comfortable reaching out cold to senior operators
• You keep a clean pipeline and follow up without being reminded
• You can judge whether someone's experience is real from a 30-minute call

Big plus

• An existing network in the Indian startup ecosystem
• Experience at a VC fund, accelerator or founder community
